VIDEO: Laser station for welding plastics

For our long-term customer, we custom-designed a laser machine for welding plastic parts.

Thanks to the carousel table, several operations can take place at once - loading, welding and transport of the welded part to the cooling conveyor.

There is also a camera control of the installed part and a DMX code reader.

The installation of plastic parts is done manually, but the device is also ready to connect a collaborative robot.

Plastic welding is a complex operation that LINTECH experts can playfully handle.
