Welding carousel Lintech WS

Lintech WS Welding Carousel is primarily designed for welding of plastic parts. It is equipped with a 4-position carousel table which greatly accelerates machine cycle - while new parts are being assembled in the first position, the previous parts are welded, checked and rotated at the same time for removal.

The carousel is controlled by a combination of a PLC unit and a PC.

• The PLC controls the basic operation of the machine, the mechanical and pneumatic elements too, the control of the machine also takes place via its touch panel
• The PC then operates process control and its wider visualization, including presentation of measured results

Thanks to the specialized software LINWELD, you can connect and manage most other peripherals or communicate with other information systems.

The carousel has two independent control mechanisms for the welding process.

The first of the control mechanisms is the thermal camera scanning the parts at the time of their welding. Depending on the comparison of the temperature values ​​of the parts of the welded part with the temperature values ​​of the sample process, the weld quality is evaluated, respectively whether welding has been successful or unsuccessful.

The second quality control of welding parts consists in the mechanical measurement of the welding path, ie the "blending" of both parts. This is again compared to the ideal pattern to provide information about the welding result. A number of peripheral devices, such as a barcode reader for tracking the traceability of welded parts, or a camera to check their correct installation, can be connected to the carousel.
