VIDEO: Dot peen marking station for DAIKIN company

The delivery of laser technology is not a condition for us to implement projects. In this case, we designed a compact single-purpose device for the mechanical marking of metal parts, which is manufactured by DAIKIN DEVICE CZECH REPUBLIC s.r.o.

These parts exist in various designs and differ primarily in size. That's why we designed an ingenious replacement device for the machine, which not only accommodates a complete portfolio of parts, but also ensures their correct orientation and thus the correct position of the markings. The machine is also supplemented with partial sensors for verifying the correct establishment and quality of the marked datamatrix code.

Marking in this particular case is ensured by means of a dot peen marking head. Mechanical description takes place with the help of an oscillating marking tip, which, by hitting the described surface, leaves an obvious relief.
