President Petr Pavel visited LINTECH

President Petr Pavel and his wife Eva Pavlova visited the Pilsen Region. The Governor of the Pilsen Region, Rudolf Špoták, recommended LINTECH as one of the leading technological purely Czech entities in the region.

The visit started with a short debate with the company management, followed by a tour of the production and development facilities. During the discussion, the topics of the company's history, its vision for the future and the challenges related in particular to the mobility of the workforce from the Czech Republic to Germany were raised.

The President praised the innovations in the field of laser technology and automation. At the subsequent press briefing, he said of the company:
"LINTECH is a company that meets my criteria of a company that I would like to give as a good example, as an inspiration, because it is a purely Czech company. A company that focuses on high added value production, quality products in a segment where there is no need to compete with large established manufacturers, but also production that is creative, innovative. It is a company that pays a lot of attention to the education of young people in technical fields, preparing them to work in companies like LINTECH. And it is also a company that has a very followable model of operation, because it does not live on loans, but lives, develops primarily on what it earns. "
