Custom-designed laser marking station

For the customer, we designed a laser station for marking parts of different dimensions.

The station is equipped with a 50W fibre laser with a large f420 lens, which enables optimal results in laser marking of various parts.

The base plate of the station is fitted with steel bushings that allow fast and accurate insertion of various fixtures. This makes transitions between different types of parts easier and faster.

The laser moves on a controlled horizontal and vertical axis, allowing large parts to be marked on any part. The marking field of the laser is large due to the horizontal axis and can mark in a 1400x300 mm field, while the height of the marked part can reach up to 400 mm. This flexibility enables precise laser marking of parts according to individual customer requirements.

A hose with a nozzle moves along with the laser for efficient extraction of generated fumes, ensuring a clean and safe environment for the operator and work area.

Simple operation

The operator places the part in the fixture, selects the appropriate program on the PC and presses the start button. The pneumatic door, equipped with a safety touch bar, closes automatically and the process of laser marking the part takes place. Once complete, the door opens by itself, ensuring a simple and safe workflow.
