• Laser marking around the circumference
  14.8.2024:

  Laser marking is nowadays a commonly used method in industrial production. A less conventional solution is to use mirrors and reflect the beam to subsequently mark the object around the perimeter. The challenge with reflective marking is that the focal distance must be maintained so that the laser beam has sufficient power to mark.

• VIDEO: Laser cleaning
  6.6.2024:

  The use of lasers for material cleaning is one of the progressively developing topics, especially due to the high productivity and good process automation. The laser cleaning process is based on the different absorption of the layer to be removed and the underlying material. This makes it possible to remove paint, oxide layers or various coatings from the surface with minimal impact on the substrate material. When the process is repeated, a cleaned surface without residues is achieved.

• Custom-designed laser marking station
  11.3.2024:

  We designed a laser station for the customer for marking parts of different dimensions.

  The station is equipped with a 50W fibre laser with a large f420 lens, which enables optimal results in laser marking of various parts.

  28.1.2024:

  President Petr Pavel and his wife Eva Pavlova visited the Pilsen Region. The Governor of the Pilsen Region, Rudolf Špoták, recommended LINTECH as one of the leading technological purely Czech entities in the region.
